Our objective is to help agents use technology to save time and money by networking with fellow agents. We started EFC in August 2004 with 4,000 agents in our database. We were one of the first companies to offer electronic flyer delivery service on the internet. EFC is now the leading company for electronic flyer deliver to the Real Estate market. We now have over 750,000 agents across the United States in our database and we are growing everyday.
- Our service is affordable, easy to order, and most importantly effective.
- Ordering a flyer is quick and easy. You upload your flyer, we send you back a proof, you select and pay for your delivery areas, we send out you your flyers to the areas you requested.

Why our flyers are so effective.
- Agents receive the flyer once, we do not offer price discounts for resends. Agents do not want to receive the same flyer twice, unless there has been a change to the listing.
- Our delivery areas are set up to provide a great value, but not so agents hundreds of miles away will receive them.
- We did not use names from a bought list. These are often full of trap email address that tell the ISP you are sending mail from a bought list, your domain is then black listed from that ISP.
- Our database is updated every four months.
- Agents that subscribe or unsubscribe are updated everyday.
- Our agent counts are actual deliveries, not just how many names we have in the database.
- The flyer is a image embedded email so it appears in the email not as an attachment.
- Not only is your flyer emailed, but it is also created into a web page. This allows it to be found on the internet whenever someone enters any of the keywords found in its title.
- We will provide you with a delivery report and an HTML copy.
